The LAAX Open 2023 showcased the pinnacle of snowboarding, and I had the incredible opportunity to be part of it as a cameraman for the Halfpipe Highlight Video. Filming at one of Europe’s most progressive snowparks, I captured world-class athletes pushing their limits in the world’s longest competition halfpipe. With 21-meter widths and 7-meter-high walls, this iconic venue on Crap Sogn Gion set the stage for breathtaking performances and record-breaking heights.
The energy of the event, the precision of the riders, and the stunning mountain backdrop made this project an unforgettable experience. Bringing the highlights of this extraordinary week to life through the lens was both a challenge and a privilege.
